These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Funneliko website, platform, software, tools, features, and related services.
By registering for, accessing, or using Funneliko, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.
Funneliko operates a platform designed to help users manage messaging, lead handling, automation, follow-ups, web chat, and related customer communication and sales activities across supported channels.
Funneliko may update, modify, remove, or discontinue features, plans, functionality, integrations, or service elements at any time, at its sole discretion.
You may use Funneliko only if you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
By using the platform, you confirm that:

You may not share access with unauthorized users.
Funneliko is a software platform only.
We provide tools and infrastructure, but we do not guarantee any particular business result, including bookings, response rates, lead quality, conversions, sales, or revenue.
Your results depend on many factors outside Funneliko’s control.
You are solely responsible for all content, data, and materials uploaded, submitted, stored, transmitted, or processed through Funneliko, including contact details, messages, files, images, recordings, customer data, campaign content, and automation content.
By using Funneliko, you confirm that:
Funneliko is not responsible for reviewing the legality, quality, or origin of the content you upload.
For personal data relating to your leads, contacts, customers, or end users, you are the data controller, and Funneliko acts only as a data processor on your behalf.
You are solely responsible for:
Funneliko provides the software only.
You may not use Funneliko for:
Funneliko may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where it reasonably believes these Terms, third-party rules, or applicable law have been violated.
Funneliko may integrate with third-party providers, including services such as Stripe, Meta, Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Twilio, and Telnyx.
Your use of Funneliko may also be subject to the terms and policies of those providers.
Funneliko is not responsible for outages, suspensions, restrictions, pricing changes, API changes, or service interruptions caused by third parties.
Funneliko may be offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing using the payment method provided.
Unless stated otherwise:
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must send your cancellation request in both of the following ways together:
The cancellation request must be sent at least 30 days before the next renewal date.
A request that is not submitted in both required ways, or is not acknowledged by Funneliko’s support system, will not be considered valid.
Cancellation takes effect on the next renewal date after valid notice is received.
No pro-rated, partial, or retroactive refunds will be provided for any current subscription period that has already been charged.
For annual subscriptions, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual term, without refund for the remaining period.
Unless required by law, all charges are non-refundable once billed.
If your payment fails because your payment method is invalid, expired, declined, or otherwise cannot be charged, you must update your payment details within 24 hours after notice from Funneliko.
If payment is not resolved within that period, Funneliko may suspend or terminate your access and may delete your account and stored content without recovery option.
Following cancellation, termination, or unresolved non-payment, Funneliko may delete your account and all associated materials, data, content, files, messages, media, and settings.
You acknowledge that such deletion may be permanent and irreversible, and Funneliko is under no obligation to restore or recover deleted data.
You are responsible for keeping your own backups of any materials you wish to retain.
The Funneliko platform, including its software, code, design, systems, workflows, technology, and proprietary methods, remains the exclusive property of Funneliko or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, resell, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from Funneliko without prior written permission.
Content you create and upload remains yours, but you grant Funneliko a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and use that content as needed to provide, maintain, improve, and secure the service.
You also grant Funneliko the right to use service outputs, examples, and non-confidential usage materials for marketing, demonstration, case study, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
By registering to Funneliko, you agree that Funneliko may send you updates, service notices, educational content, and promotional communications.
You may opt out of marketing messages at any time. Operational, billing, legal, and service-related notices may still be sent where necessary.

Funneliko will use reasonable efforts to respond within a reasonable time, but does not guarantee a specific response or resolution timeframe unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Funneliko is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Funneliko disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted service, or error-free performance.
Funneliko does not guarantee continuous availability, uninterrupted operation, or any particular business outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Funneliko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, data, goodwill, customers, or anticipated savings.
Funneliko’s total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the platform or these Terms shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to Funneliko during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Funneliko harmless from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of:
Funneliko may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if:
Termination does not affect payment obligations already accrued.
Funneliko may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be published on the website or platform and will take effect 30 days after publication, unless a shorter period is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
Your continued use of Funneliko after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of Funneliko shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
